INFORMATION ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA/DATA PRIVACY

NEOOPS, s.r.o., identification number: 02104172 registered office Podvinný mlýn 2358/48, 190 00 Prague 9 – Libeň, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Metropolitan Court in Prague, file C, insert 215342 (hereinafter „the Controller“ or „NEOOPS“) takes the protection of personal data provided by data subjects—such as service applicants, clients, and job candidates—very seriously and has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure their protection in accordance with the European Union Regulation known as GDPR. We protect personal data from unauthorized use, access, or disclosure, and process it in compliance with applicable legal regulations or for the fulfilment of legal obligations. All personal data in electronic form is stored in databases and systems accessible only to those individuals who need to handle the personal data directly for the purposes specified in these rules, and only to the extent necessary.

Data subjects have the right to request access to their personal data, as well as to request its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing under legally defined circumstances. They also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data and the right to data portability. Furthermore, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe their personal data is being processed unlawfully or that their rights are otherwise being violated. All rights described in this paragraph can be exercised by sending an email request to privacy@neoops.com.

  1. Service Applicants and Clients: We process personal data of individuals interested in our services and our clients to the following extent: name and surname, email, phone number, and in the case of purchasing an online course, also the permanent address for natural persons; in the case of a company, its name, registered office, company ID/VAT number, and billing address. These are essential identification and contact details, without which we would not be able to offer or provide our services. Once a contractual relationship is established, this data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations. The data is processed for the duration of the contractual relationship or until all related obligations are fully settled, all in accordance with our legal obligations. If we intend to use the personal data for purposes beyond those stated, we will request explicit consent.
  2. Job Applicants: We process job applicant data to the extent provided by the applicant (typically including name and surname, photograph, education and work experience, contact details, etc.) for the purpose of participating in a selection process and obtaining employment at NEOOPS. This data is processed solely for the duration of the recruitment process. If a candidate is not selected for an open position but wishes to remain in our database, we will request their explicit consent. In such cases, the data will be retained for 6 months from the date of consent, otherwise data is deleted. Once the consent period expires, or if consent is withdrawn, the candidate’s personal data will be deleted (unless an employment relationship with the Controller has been established in the meantime). Applicants are required to provide only accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal data and to report any changes to the Controller without undue delay at the email contact provided above.
